YELLOW takes care of the heavy lifting, making it easy for buyer's agents. Agents get to focus on the fun side of real estate – finding properties and guiding buyers – while our service handles the rest. We provide everything needed to make the purchase, from the forms, to sale pricing insights, inspections, property visits, and other assistance.
We're happy to involve buyer's agents throughout the process, ensuring a fair and transparent experience for all parties.
GET MAXIMUM EXPOSURE WITH THE MLS
Your listing will be entered into the MLS through the MLS of Northeast Florida. This allows your listing to appear nationally on all major real estate websites, like Zillow and Realtor.com.
THE MLS IS REGIONAL
The MLS is not one large database, but is divided by separate regions.
Realtors are usually members of the MLS in their part of the state. That means if the agent searches for your home from outside the Northeast Florida region, your home may not appear in their MLS.
We instruct buyer agents to visit the YELLOW website or other Realtor sites like RPR to learn more about your property.
By listing in our default MLS, your home will appear on Zillow, Realtor.com, and other national platforms, as they aggregate data from all MLSs across the country.
LIST ON OTHER MLSs
For buyers looking to appear specifically in Realtor searches in other parts of the state, we will list your home in other MLSs for a nominal fee. This fee goes directly to the respective MLS, with no profit to YELLOW.
THE MLS
The MLS is not one large database of homes for sale. There are many different MLSs run by the Realtor organization in a certain geographic area. By our count, there are over 30 different MLS organizations in the state of Florida. That means we must pick one MLS to enter your home.
The MLSs in FL
Different MLSs have different area coverage. For example, Miami has an MLS that covers the Miami area up to West Palm, but central Florida has an MLS that stretches from Gainesville down past Sarasota.

We do recommend sellers be open to buyers who are approved near their listing price, but this level is set at the discretion of the seller.
We’ve taken steps to verify the person is who they say they are, has a safe background, and is qualified to visit a property. We also know the time the home was entered. If any issues arise, we can provide detailed visitor information.
Even with an agent present, no home is ever completely safe during visits. We encourage sellers to call their local law enforcement if something is amiss after a visit.
We take steps to verify the seller's identity and their legal ownership of the property. We believe every home listed on YELLOW is legally eligible for sale by its owner. Please notify us of any homes you find suspicious.
