When you list with YELLOW, your home appears on all the major sites buyers use - including Zillow, Realtor.com, and the other major listing websites.
We enter your home into the MLS (Multiple Listing Service) of Northeast Florida. That means your home appears on the major home-search websites buyers use, while also being visible to local agents within the Northeast Florida MLS.
LIST ON OTHER REGIONAL MLSs
Want visibility in another region’s MLS? We can add your listing for a small, pass-through fee. This fee goes directly to the respective MLS, with no profit to YELLOW.
THE MLS
The MLS is not one large database, but is divided by separate regions.
Realtors are usually members of the MLS in their part of the state. That means if the agent searches for your home from outside the Northeast Florida region, your home may not appear in their MLS.
By our count, there are over 30 different MLS organizations in the state of Florida. That means we must pick one MLS to enter your home.
The MLSs in FL
Different MLSs have different area coverage. For example, Miami has an MLS that covers the Miami area up to West Palm, but central Florida has an MLS that stretches from Gainesville down past Sarasota.

We do recommend sellers be open to buyers who are approved near their listing price, but this level is set at the discretion of the seller.
We’ve taken steps to verify the person is who they say they are, has a safe background, and is qualified to visit a property. We also know the time the home was entered. If any issues arise, we can provide detailed visitor information.
Even with an agent present, no home is ever completely safe during visits. We encourage sellers to call their local law enforcement if something is amiss after a visit.
We take steps to verify the seller's identity and their legal ownership of the property. We believe every home listed on YELLOW is legally eligible for sale by its owner. Please notify us of any homes you find suspicious.
